There are several reasons why you might not have received credit for an offer:

Not all offers are credited to your account instantly. Some take a few days, some take a week, and some can
take up to 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything to speed this up.

Be sure to read the terms and conditions of the offer, and what is
required to do to be credited. Some offers simply require joining the
site and verifying your email address, while others require a purchase
via credit card etc.

You must sign up for the offer using the same email address you use for WowEarnings.

You must sign up for the offer through the WowEarnings
Quick Cash Offers page. You will not receive
credit if you go to the advertiser site directly.
If you still have not received the offer credit after 30 days and are sure you followed the above steps, please
contact us providing the following information:

The name of the offer you completed.

The date you completed the offer.

The confirmation you received from the advertiser or merchant after completing the offer. Usually
this is in the form of an email.

How come I'm not receiving any email from you?
VERY IMPORTANT:Some Internet Service Providers (newer versions of
AOL, for example) automatically perform mail filtering operations.
This could prevent our paid emails from reaching your Inbox, and
ultimately, deactivation of your account! Here are some things you
can do to make sure our paid emails reach you:

automatically receive email from anyone you have sent mail to)
